At the YMCA ReBuild shop, you can find unique woodwork items created by the young people participating in our program. From chess sets and grazing tables to furniture and plant pots, every piece is custom-made by hand.
YMCA ReBuild participants manufacture each product onsite at Ravenhall Correctional Centre while undertaking trade and employability skills training, including woodworking.
YMCA ReBuild invests all proceeds from the shop back into programs to enable further mentoring, training and employment opportunities to change the lives of disadvantaged young people involved in the criminal justice system. Your purchase helps ex-offenders to change and succeed in work and ultimately, in life.
