The Victorian Youth Parliament is turning 40, and you’re invited to join the festivities!
Across four decades, Youth Parliament has been a place where people have been transformed, real change has been made, deep friendships have been created and unforgettable stories have been made. Now, it’s time to celebrate this extraordinary milestone together.
Save the date
- When: Saturday 13 June 2026, 2:00pm – 4:30pm
- Where: Camp Manyung
- Who: Any YP Alumni from the last 40 years, partners and kids
It’ll be an afternoon packed with nostalgia, connection, and a chance to reflect on great times!
Here's what we have lined up for you:
- 1:30pm: Guest arrival and welcome.
- 2:00pm: Official proceeding (speeches from Youth Parliament alumni, sharing their journeys and stories from across the years).
- 2:45pm: Group photo and cutting the 40th birthday cake
- 3:00pm: A chance to catch up with participants and Taskforce from your year/s and across other years. We will have a photo booth and voice to camera area as well as a fuzzy writing area.
- Dining room featuring an audio-visual display of Youth Parliament’s history, accompanied by afternoon tea.
- 4:30pm: Event concludes, with guests departing by 5:00pm.
