Wellbeing and Education Experience

This unique two-day experience takes place at Jimmy’s Wellbeing Sanctuary in Rosebud, on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Participants will undertake either the Youth or Standard Mental Health First Aid Course and be provided with a Mental Health First Aid Manual.

We offer coffee or tea on arrival and an afternoon treat. An optional, delicious and healthy lunch created by our Naturopath is available on both days for an additional cost.

The experience also includes an introduction to Reiki and/or Acupuncture as well as an over lunch discussion with our resident Naturopath.

Not only will you learn critical new knowledge and gain accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider, but you’ll feel rejuvenated and inspired.

Girls Retreat

Our Girls Retreat is four-night, five-day program focused on exploring identity. Participants will learn about ways to live authentically, in-line with their own personal identity and strengths.

The retreat also helps participants learn how to identify and manage mental health and life challenges, as well as build healthy relationships and healthy bodies.

Activities include practitioner treatments, cooking and physical exercise.

Participants are supported by a team of qualified staff and female community members who share their own personal journey and stories throughout the retreat.
